Had a very dissatisfying visit today. I took both of my kids for haircuts and trims. My 9 year old daughter was treated very poorly. The stylists were not friendly at all, nor did they make any attempt to make my kids feel comfortable. My daughter was in tears her whole visit. She said the girl used cold water on her hair during her shampoo, and had inappropriate coversations that made her feel uncomfortable (guns, etc). Following this, my daughter had to stand the entire time her stylist cut her hair. This is unacceptable to me as we are paying for a service. Finally, when it came time to blow dry her hair, she was yanking so much on her hair, I knew she was hurting. I have been here previously, but will not be returning following this visit. I will pay more at a regular higher quality salon in order to receive better service and respect from staff.

Great price for a hair cut! Seems like they hire people fresh out of beauty school, so be careful. I ask for Kim every time, she's great! Super nice and has been cutting hair for years and gets mine right every time!

This place used to be good for an average pop-in hair cut. Since opening the service has continued to decrease (in terms of quality work and friendliness). Tonight I popped in to get a kid's hair cut. After waiting about 10 minutes to ve greeted and agreeing to a 30 minute delay we waited. And waited. And waited. At 63 minutes one of only two ladies working took another guy in front of us. We, unfortunately, didn't have another 30-60 minutes to wait around. I feel bad for the employees because they seemed overworked and stressed.

I've been going here for years. Consistently positive experience. My husband, my kids, my dad, my grandparents, my siblings-in-law, my cousins and my uncle have all gone per my recommendation and been pleased. Colors, cuts, waxing, and updos are all wonderful. Honest product recommendations. Wonderful, talented, calm staff when working with toddlers. Great place.
