I have been a loyal client of Ulta for almost 4 years. I get all of my products there and get my hair done in the salon. Kelsey has been my stylist for years, and I followed her when she came to Tinley park Ulta. She is so sweet and makes me laugh my whole appointment! My hair ends up looking fabulous every time she does it! I highly advise her if you are thinking about getting highlights or any color service!

I won't be back again, i went before valentine's day it was like half hour before closing and they already had the door locked with me inside there was 2 Caucasian girls, they looked at me like if i was going to steal something the girl that was following me didn't even asked to help me she just was playing stupid while next to me, i asked for her help and she told me that what i was looking for was kind of expensive and didn't had any cheaper ($20 dlrs. I looked online before coming) she directed me to the product and she went back to the register to talk behind my back with the other girl it was a very awkward and wrong situation i was wearing momny jeans and a bun with no make up after a long day with my kids and all of my duties i didn't know i had to go dressing fancy or wearing tons of make up to be treated like a descent person. First and last time at Ulta store.

Suzan was amazing. I'm a 30 year old woman who does not know much about skin care or makeup. Suzan walked me through step by step with all the necessary items I need to keep my skin clean, and healthy. Also, she gave me tips on makeup products and how to use them. I look forward to her customer service when I visit again.

I donâ€™t leave a lot of reviews anywhere but this is the THIRD time that Iâ€™ve been in this ulta in the past month and EVERYTIME without fail Iâ€™ve had to HUNT DOWN employeeâ€™s for help. And when I do they are half invested in the conversation and not very helpful. I would recommend going to another Ulta location but otherwise the store is a clean and organized location.

I went to the salon to get a nice burgundy brown color, and left with hot roots and Ariel red hair. My stylist knew I didn't want vibrant red, so she mixed purple and red and assured me it'll turn out exactly how I wanted. She applied the color, and then dissappeared and didn't come back for AN HOUR. My scalp was on fire, and she never checked to see how it was processing. She washed and blow dried and you could see she knew it wasn't right by her face, but totally hid it and shooed me out the door before i could really look. I paid my $200 and left. As soon as I left, I saw how bad it was. I called and got no help other than "you can come and we can add more red". So I went to Sally and bawled begging for anything to fix it, and the stylist there was so furious there that she had a few choice words for ULTA because it was literally that bad. We marched back over and showed in person everything that was wrong, and the manager (male with short ginger type hair) said "I'm not sure what to say, other than we can set a consultation with the stylist to see what she has to say but I can't give a refund." I explained she already said to add more red even though I already looked like Ariel with crazy roots and he said "oh well the that's just what you'll have to do with her. When would you like another appointment with her?" The stylist from Sally lost it, and blatantly said you don't add more red to this and couldn't believe they were licensed. Bottom line, I didn't go back there, I didn't get a refund, and I would not trust them again.
