Theresa is the owner and does a stellar job. Any haircut or idea you want to implement into your hairstyle, she can do it. Great conversation. She's a strong, hard-working woman. There's also a tanning service here as well. Come check her out.

My first experience was wonderful, I was referred there by a niece who was a customer for years. I did have a sticker price shock but that is just a sign of the times $197.00 for cut, perm & style one product $27. Which did not include tip, which I did not have to pay because Theresa is the owner. I have returned twice for trim, shampoo, style etc. each time Theresa was not available to do my hair ea time a diff. stylist neither did a good job. Now I call for the whole works again, with Theresa, I was given the appt. About an hour later I get a call from the person who made the appt. She wants me to give her a deposit I am so appalled I can barely talk or think. Why? I ask ? Their time is valuable, so is mine and so is my money. When hell freezes over I will still not darken their doorway. Please consider going elsewhere where your time is as valuable as there’s.

I had Katie cut my hair and she was such a gem! Loved her! I have long, thick hair and I’ve had my hair trimmed with long layers for years and years. It’s a basic learning skill when you are enrolled in cosmetology school. I know this. I cannot tell you how many times people screw this up. It’s unreal. I have always had a good experience at OTM Salon and they’ve never let me down. I’m glad they’re close by. I’ll be back for my next trim soon!

Extraordinary unprofessional, stylist talking about thier personal lives to each other very loudly about inappropriate subjects. The stylist destroyed my hair when she actually left to pick her child up at daycare while I had foils on my head. She told me she would have another stylist take them out if "She wasn't back on time." My hair was fried and looked horrible was changed $200 I just wanted to get out of there. I know I should have asked to fix the damage but didn't realize how bad it was at the time. And didn't want them to touch it anymore than they did. Only spoke to me to push products on me. I had to go to another salon and have a couple deep conditioning treatments to make my hair look presentable. I could go on but I don't want to break the internet. It was a nightmare

My wife went in for a hair trim, asking for 1/2"-1" being taken off. The stylist didn't measure out any length for removal, and barely took any length off at all (little to no hair was on the floor when finished). The stylist also insulted my wife's choice in product (not in a constructive manner either). Paired with disrespectful speech about patrons currently receiving services and other past patrons, as well as the (assumed) owner gossiping about personal drama with the regular use of profanity, this is not a business we will support in the future.
