I came the at the end of the day and was greeted by Jennifer and a huge smile. She was so nice and willing to squeeze me in. She is very nice and personable made me feel great. She took her time and gave me a great hair cut and even a shampoo after cause I wasent going home after and dident want to be covered in hair she even offered me a hot towel. I have had a lot of bad Experiences before with other chain places and don't really trust anyone to cut my hair expect my barber. But she did a great job and i was very happy. She will be my new stylist from now on. I will definitely be back because of her.

Unfortunately, the stylists here are totally unreliable and lack confidence. Out of 5 visits, 2 resulted in ruined hair - and I mean ruined. Most recently, a CHUNK of hair was taken out with clippers that was not supposed to be. I like my hair cut with scissors, and the stylists here just don't know how to use them. The more experienced stylists seem to be ok, but the younger girls are not good with anything except clippers. I can't come back, even though it's convenient and priced right - but you get what you pay for I guess.

Wait time is high unless you make an appointment with the hair stylist ahead of time - happy with the hair cut.

The ambience of the place is poor and the look on the inside is a mess. When it comes to hair, however, they have some amazing people there. As long as you provide pictures and go into detail with the haircut you want, also taking their advice, you will get a very nice haircut. Highly recommend this place!
