I would rate lower if I could. Braiders have horrible attitudes, are rude and think you owe them something. Atmosphere is dark and lifeless. Shop is filthy.

Terrible customer service. They will book an appointment at the same time as yours and will cancel your appointment and close up the shop without saying anything

Very sweet girls and do not braid extremely tight. Will go back there to continue to get my hair braided.

My 1st getting my hair braided here. LiLi was recommended by my coworker he frequents the location. I took a chance on a new style and this location. I'm really pleased and get alot of compliments. I wanted to add a picture but cant. My hair is now 6 weeks old and Im sure I can get another 2 weeks or more. They did really good. I will be back!

Worst experience of my life! I had my hair up for a week & lost my edges. My scalp had sores & scabs all through out it. The hair that they are using must be cheaper than the normal because I had servere itching as well. Where the hair fell on my face ...my face broke out. I had to take it down! I went up there & of course they did not honor their services. I wasn’t expecting them too either. But what pissed me off was she told me my hair was already like that. My hair was very healthy before I sat in their chair. But hey... What can I do. Africans been damaging our hair for years but we let them continue. They do not care about the health of your hair just how it looks. We need to wake up. No hairstyle should hurt for a whole week!
