The owner Ossama is very knowledgeable about hair. The staff is always nice and attentive.

only go there 2 or 3 times a year for a trim can't really do all that heat on a regular but it's a kinda long process sometimes there tone is a lil too aggressive when they talk to you but I really like how the guy that use to have the ponytail styles and cut even though I don't really wear my nature hair but I seen some of his work on other ladies and he does a great job over all I like it

I like the end result. My hair is so silky but don't like all the heat from blow dry and irons

I had a wonderful experience. My hair is natural, coarse and coiled. I experience extreme dryness, so they recommended the Aloe Vera treatment. My hair was so soft and beautiful when they finished. Normally I don't straighten my hair, but with the help of dry shampoo, it stayed straight for a week! There is only one draw back - several people work on you (a person at the wash station, one at the blow dry station and the stylist). Everyone expects a tip, so if your services total $75, be prepared to add $15 to the total. Other than that, I love this place and will definitely go again.

Horrible experience and they finasse me. I told them I did not want a trim. I was only trying spend 75 dollars they told me I got to pay 90. Horrible. It's a waste of money going to shops. That's why I am never going back more pain and more money smh 😔
