Only because the place was clean, made sure they had the fans on because they don't have air conditioning, and they charged less for my braids. If you get large individual braids they will make sure they are even in size and get you out in less than 8 hrs. The girl didn't know what she was doing and kept asking the other braided for advise which I see is why I paid less and my braids start out medium but get smaller toward the end which you are suppose to feed more hair in so they can keep it size. There was another girl who smelled really horrible who stood in a chair in front of me which blocked the fan and I couldn't get air for but only played in my hair which I don't understand why. Then my braider tried to blow dry my hair and literally took off my head and didn't apologize for it. I've been there for almost over 10 hrs and had to be somewhere and the only thing they could ask for is money because they had to go. Customer service needs some help as well as the raider who had a fro and dark chocolate complexion. Only go if you getting jumbo braids they seem to know what they doing but for small individual braids go somewhere else and pay $220 for braids that are even all over in size

My first time here & I was very pleased with my service the lady that braided my hair had a very sweet spirit, she was thoughtful put a pillow behind my back, & they don't braid tight at all on those edges ladies my entire head is feels so light but secure. She even advised on what she thought was best to take care of my natural hair & advised on sengalese twists vs box braids for natural hair. I'm very pleased seeing as I'm big on customer service and they didn't let me down I was in at 9am and they were already there on time and got done about 3pm. Not bad at all and I still have the rest of my day..I can sleep & laugh with saying my head hurt because of tight braids. I will be back. #satisfied customer

Okay I spent $220 for my hair to get braided, I was satisfied that day. The day afterwards I noticed that they did not clip the fly away hairs or whatever they're called. I was told my hair looks like I had it for at least a month 😑 The fourth day, I had to re-braid one of my braids because it was damnnear about to come out. They're are fast braiders but this is not $220 worth of work, more like $100. They need to work on their skills.

I had a 7am appointment. I didnt get into the building until 7:30 because girl was in the back sleep and didnt hear me knocking. The person who sets the appointments and quotes a price is different than the person who actually does your hair. The person who does your hair seems to have no clue of the price you were quoted and wants to upcharge you. I showed the girl a picture of the style i wanted yet she had to stop and restart my hair 2 times because she did larger braids then the picture i provided her. I got my hair braided in to a bun and it took her nearly 6 hours because she was exhausted from the day before and hadn't went to sleep. Meanwhile my hair has been up for 3 days and looks like its up for 2 weeks in the back.

She did a very neat job. I'm satisfied for $180. Was in there for 8 hours.
