They listen to my concerns of what I wanted and didn't want. The shop is so nice and relaxing and the service is phenomenal especially when I get my hair washed love the time and care that they take. I can't recommend this salon enough.

Carlo is my stylist and I am very picky about who touches my hair. He is excellent with color and cuts. I would go to anyone at this salon, they are all very good and professional. Very up on the latest styles and techniques.

Stylists did amazing work on our hair, but the owners have some serious work to do on their professional attitude, communication and customer service skills. If you're looking to book bridal party hair, I recommend that you get your price quotes in writing from this place so there are no surprises the day of. We booked a bridal party appointment well over a month in advance and were quoted a price range $65-$75 per hairdo over the phone. Bride called back several times to confirm that price prior to our appointment. However, in the midst of our appointment while the bride was getting hair done, we learn that now there are additional "holiday weekend fees", and that "we were misquoted by their employee / family member over the phone" and that the actual cost per hairdo would be closer to $115-$125 per girl. One of the girls in our party could not afford that pricing, and it created a stressful and upsetting situation. Highly disappointed with the bait and switch approach on their pricing, and the owner starting an argument over price with our bride on her WEDDING DAY. We did eventually get pricing of $95 / hairdo, which was still more than we were expecting, but the lowest they would go despite what we were originally quoted.
