Their staff definitely needs ongoing training, people who are stylish, energetic & excited about what they do. I WILL NOT be going back. Too much of my lovely curls I had been growing out for a while now were cut off when I simply wanted a trim but nicely layered, no rectangle box look.

I got a balayage by Austin and am in love with it!!!! He listened to every thing I wanted and is such a fun spirit to talk to! Go to him you won't regret it!

They don't even know certain hairstyles. I asked if they could do a faux hawk hair style and showed them a picture and they didn't how to do it. This place suck. How do you not know. Especially from looking at a picture

Do not go to Regis. We called and booked an appointment and when we arrived, they tell us they can't do the haircut for another 40 minutes and then it will be with a less experienced stylist. Really bad customer service. Find another salon who cares about customers.
