If you're not happy with style you should really contact the stylist. I love when Trina do my hair and she's being doing it for at least 27+ years. I also had it natural for at least a year but not now. Trina can maintain natural and chemical treated hair. You should really contact Trina.

On the 21st of April 2017 I went to this very salon to finally get my BIG CHOP. The stylist Trina, who I thought I could trust because she did my moms and I hair back in the early 2000s and we never had any problems. Well I can definitely tell you I wasn't happy with the style she gave me when I showed her a picture of what I wanted, a week later (today) I go to wash my hair and noticed that there were pieces of my hair that wouldn't curl (completely straight) so that made me even more pissed because it now had heat damage so therefore I had to cut it out. My hair is completely uneven, during my consultation I explained to her that I've been transitioning for a year and a month and I haven't used heat on my hair in almost 5 months (during my consultation I felt like everything I was telling her was going through one ear and out the other) but she was the only hairstylist I could find that I knew about that was local. So during my appointment after she washed my hair she proceeded to dry my hair with a blow dryer and use the iron curlers that should be extinct on my hair. when I noticed it was too late. Before my appointment I was communicating with her via text and I was trying to get more information and educate myself on what she's going to do and what I want done, she then said "she's a professional" and basically if I don't want to do it her way I can go to someone else. Well I should've listened and took my business elsewhere. The front section of my hair is so long and the the rest of my hair is really short and then there's a portion of my hair in the back towards the nape of my neck that's long also. I dont even know what to do with my hair anymore, I was suppose to go back to her to get my hair bleached and dyed but that ship has sailed. I thought she would know what to do with my hair because my transitioning process was a hot ass mess and she's been in the business 20+ years but I guess not. I'm now on the search for a new hairstylist who can fix this mess on my head, can you say $75 down the drain. I'm so upset with my hair, like how do I fix this. I could just cry, that's how bad it is. On top of it all I realized she was in a rush (she was late to her first client who was before me and showed up when it was time for my appointment) because she had to get her kids from school. I can understand if my hair grew uneven but she didn't even take the time to explain to me that it was uneven and ask if I wanted her to shape it. I had no clue my hair was uneven. Will never go back.
