If you don’t wanna read all dis, I’ll give it to ya short. DONT GO! One of the worst braiding places I’ve been 2. I took out my hair because I’ve had my braids in for to long. So I took them out and I needed to find something quick. So I found this place sadly. I made an appointment with her, she said 10:30am. I was okay with that, I got there a little early. I waited 15-20 minutes for her. Then, she finally got there, I showed her what I wanted. After that she just gave my mother and I attitude for no reason. She order me around like I was some dog. I sat down and she started brush my hair and get the extensions ready. She got the first braid half way done and started texting someone. She would start a braid and then text; she did that for like 15 braids. Smh. Then she started call people I kid you not just to call someone. She would laugh right in my ear, lucky when she was talking she was braiding a little bit faster. We were barely got into 2 hours of braiding and she decided to take a lunch break 🙄. My mother and I just looked at each other; 20 minutes later she got back to braiding. I don’t even know if she washed her hands after. After that she started texting again, calling people again and listening to music sometimes without earbuds. We got to the top of my head (we were almost done) and I guess maybe one of her coworkers or friends brought one of her clients in to fix her wig. And the lady that was doing my ( it might have been the owner who was doing my hair) walked over and started to help cut her wig. I’m sitting there like you gotta be kidding me. She back over after like 4-5 minutes later. She finally got back to my hair, we got to the last little bit and what did she do...go back to cut this other persons wig. I was furious, I had already been sitting in that chair for 5 hours. ( we would have been done faster if she wouldn’t have been texting and calling people). Her friends leave and it takes her another 20-25 minutes to finish because she didn’t finish the braids she was doing before. Then she said that it was gonna cost $180. I looked in the mirror and she said the sit down. I did as she order 🙄 and she put a silver string around my braid. After that she told me to get up, she was done. We paid and left. Long story short, I should have just waited and did my research. My braids looked fine but it was not worth the pain, mine and my mother’s time, and our money.

I'm satisfied with my hair, they grip it tight but the next day my head was not hurting at all now any headaches

Worst experience at a hair salon I have ever had in my entire life. My head is still throbbing in pain from how tight these braids are. Them speaking another language wasn’t a big deal at all until they began yelling over the phone. So loud. Calling people back to back, yelling, and taking her anger out on my poor scalp. So unprofessional I honestly don’t understand how they have any good reviews. She could have gotten done with my hair a lot sooner but chose to stop and take phone calls, stop to eat (smacking her food right in my ear) didn’t wash her hands to continue the braid she was on. Stopping every time her conversation got juicy. No air condition so I was sweating. The Tv was even in another language so if you go prepare to feel alienated. Or just don’t go at all unless you want damaged hair and scalp. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I've been here like 2 or 3 times and loved the service

I will never patronize this salon again. My braids were not done the way I wanted them to be and the owner seemed irritated at the style I chose. She complained about doing them the whole time she was doing my hair. My hair was rushed and not done neat. Will never go to this place again. And I’ve only had my hair up for 2 days
