I always bring a picture in and I have never been disappointed by my stylists. The place has a friendly open atmosphere and it's a cheap haircut but with easy walk in service. This location is usually not as busy as the other close by locations and the stylists have given me better haircuts

I've been going to this same location for years. Generally, I have a positive experience. Based off how things went just now I am debating ever going back. It is difficult to put into words just how absolutely horrendous Colleen Jones (I believe that was her name) was. This is someone I wouldn't even trust to spell her own name correctly, let alone cut my hair. Let me preface by saying I am a 30 year old male with a full head of hair. My cut is about as basic as it gets, short with a part on the side. It was pretty slow, so I do not believe fatigue or rush to be a factor. After letting her know my #4 shear preference, she begins attacking my head at reckless abandon. It is without exaggeration that I say it felt like a child was playing Mike Tyson's Punchout on Nintendo Wii, battering the controller against my head. After asking her why she was being so rough with me (this was after ramming the shears into BOTH ears multiple times, unbelievable), she responded by LAUGHING. Are you kidding me? I'm telling you I'm in physical pain and, instead of apologizing, you have the audacity to laugh at me? At this point she continues about her business weed-wacker style. I've had enough. I ask her politely to please stop. With a marginal decrease in pressure, she resumes. Again, without apology. Despite my best judgement, I continue to let her preform the most armature haircut of all time, condescendingly talking down to me whenever I have a suggestion. What a weird and outputting experience this was. I kept inspecting her cosmetology license the entire time, as I could not wrap my head around how on earth someone handed this woman a certification to cut hair.
