A beautiful nightmare
I ordered a Peruvian loose wave wig 20+ inches on January 3rd. I called on January 4th to make sure order was received and make sure details regarding order was received and correct and informed that I need it before the 31st. I called on the 5th to get a estimated delivery date and I was told it would be shipped on Friday January 11th. Once that date came I never received no tracking information. On Monday January 14th I called and kept getting the run around that the order will be getting shipped the following day. I called everyday from January 11th to January 25th; calling and texting EVERYDAY/ ALL DAY . I was either told “call you back in 5 minutes†or when I texted “call you back shortlyâ€. Needless to say I was never called back or texted back with any good news or a follow up. I do work as well and was calling on lunch break and etc. I have my whole month call log and texts to prove it. During this time I tried to be understanding and was very calm on the calls. I didn’t pitch no fits or never became escalated on any of my calls. On January 25th I was told my wig came and was the wrong texture ( reminder I needed this by the 31st and I was told my order was getting shipped for the past week.) At that point he offered to use his bundles and have one of his stylist make the wig. Next day I was told (when I called again) that the stylist haven’t gotten back to him. He then offered to a verbal agreement that I also got in writing via email. Later that night he texted a pic of a tracking number, when I checked it via UPS it stated no information was available. Needless to say the verbal agreement wasn’t upheld. I waited until the January 31st to see if anything would be done and nothing was done I’m posting this post January 30th 11:01pm a hour before the 31st EST. I have texted him the 27th, called Monday the 28th texted Monday the 28th, called Tuesday the 29th and was texted “call you shortly “ and called Wednesday and the call was answered and I was told like usual “ will call you back in 5 minutesâ€. I’m not sure if this company is a scam or not because my first order wasn’t this much trouble but then again that was a year ago but now the service is not even 1 star. My money was taken the day of the order with still nothing to show for it. I do have a written agreement. This email is a beautiful nightmare because I know the hair is beautiful, nice and tangle free with good maintenance; I know this from my previous order but this was a nightmare that still hasn’t ended because I was left empty handed this go around. The customer satisfaction part failed, customer experience was a fail and overall value of the product fail I don’t have product to judge. It seemed like I wouldn’t be let down knowing that I called so much I even know when the owner birthday is, that’s how much I was promised I would have my hair by the 31st, when I did speak with the rep he was very friendly and seemed to care I did enjoy that part because I’m VERY PERSISTENT and if you say you will call back in 5 minutes I’m calling back in 10, but I wouldn’t wish a whole month of pushing and stress on no one especially if you have an important event to go to. I just would’ve wished I was taken care of when it came to my order and was ensured a great customer service experience. The hair is nice but I don’t live in Chicago to go pick it up. If you buy it pick it up or get a signature required shipment. I actually refer a lot of people from my hairdresser shop to this company but hesitant now because I hope im not sending people to go through this experience
This would’ve been a five star, should’ve been a five star hair is good but it was unfortunate â˜¹ï¸ I’ll post a update when I get one
