Went yesterday for my first time. Allison, Master Stylist, did my hair and was amazing. I haven’t dyed my hair in over 5 years and I was nervous to even get my hair done! Allison walked me through some steps and showed me so many different hair colors. She did exactly what I wanted! Salon was clean, customer service was a 10, they offer you water or sprite, price was RIGHT for what you get! Go there! You won’t be disappointed!!

I had a great visit at Salon Ludic this morning! The entire staff is wonderful, but I have to give a special thank you to Shelley! She is an amazing stylist and always gives me a cut, color, and style that I absolutely love! I recommend everyone go visit these wonderful ladies and let them pamper you! Thank you ladies! And THANK YOU Shelley!

Love this place, have been coming here for quite sometime now. Alison always does a great job on my cut and color and she is very friendly also! If you have to come in and have another stylist do your hair they are all really good and I have always been happy with the results and I have been to almost everyone of them. Great group of ladies! I highly recommend!! The massage during your washing is Awesome too!!

Went in for the first time for a consultation to ensure the stylist would be on the same page as me. I have a balayage and just needed my blonde on the bottom half of my hair lightened up. What I left with after my appointment was what looked like a botched foil job as shown in the first picture. I questioned the stylist when she was putting the bleach so high and she told me she only put a couple up high. When I emailed after to tell her this was truly unacceptable, so told me it was a lightening issue. It's very obviously a placement issue. I told her I thought we were on the same page with her not touching my roots and her response was that she tried to add her own 'spizazz' to my hair. I went back for her to correct it and walked out GOLD. Very golden/yellow and you can still see the botched root line. Natasha the owner reimbursed my money, but wanted me to come back a third time for her to correct it herself. I went elsewhere to get it corrected and felt Salon Ludic should be responsible for the color correction costs. They disagreed. This cost me hours of my time (three appointments so far, and another will still be needed) plus I had to cut off about 3 inches to remove the damage. On top of that, I will probably spend almost $500 in color corrections. Natasha didn't think my hair looked damaged in the pictures. Overall this should have been an easy balayage update, and it was a complete disaster. Now I'm going through numerous color corrections just to try to get my hair to look normal again. Shelley is listed as excelling at dimensional blondes on the salons website. My pictures below clearly show different. I had an awful experience and will never return to this salon.
