Asked to have her use the clippers higher up on the sides and was told she would blend it better if she didn't. Unfortunately, it is uneven and not blended. Looks like I cut it myself and maybe I should have saved the money and maybe had I done it blindly, it would be more even.

This place is normally good for the money, however, today was terrible. I have the most basic hair order I like a full 0 cut. What I received today was probably a 1 and the gal missed a patch of hair in the front of my head guess i'll be finding a new Supercuts

Went in on February 3, 2018 around 3:15pm. I had called beforehand asking the staff if they would have time for a half highlight, explaining I have thick longer hair and asking on prices. Was pleasantly surprised that they could and it was under $100. Reading the reviews, I noticed that Patty was well liked. I was excited when I found out I was getting her. I felt comfortable talking to her while explaining exactly what I wanted. I told her the last highlight I had wasn't what I wanted because I wanted a lot more blonde. I also showed where I part my hair. I regret using the word conservative now. While she was doing the foils, I noticed how fast she was going and started getting a nervous gut feeling. While I was waiting for it to process, both Patty and the other woman took three haircuts between the two of them. I started to get a bit more nervous waiting, as my head started tingling pretty badly. As Patty was cutting another person's hair, the other woman kept checking my hair. After Patty was done cutting, I thought she would check my highlights, but she stepped in the back for a few more minutes before checking me. After checking me, she brought me to the sink and washed my hair. She said she would need to do toner, which I was used to from highlights in the past. She put toner in my hair and I waited around 15 more minutes before she washed it out. I felt my head tingling even more, which is unusual in my experiences with toner. She washed it out and waxed my eyebrows. After waxing my eyebrows, she showed me in the mirror and my eyes went immediately to the color. It was pretty shocking. She said that I needed to look at the brows and so I brought my eyes back down. Eyebrows looked good despite the shock of color. After she dried my hair and asked if I liked it, I asked if there was any way that she could bring down the tone. She said that it would take a while to get used to since it was so light compared to before. Its been 3 weeks. The first few days I grew to love the color. Then I started noticing things that has caused me concern. I started noticing there were a lot of spots around my part where the roots were highlighted but the rest of the hair was left dark. Around my face, I've noticed that hair was completely burnt off because the bleach was left on too long. I've also noticed where spots were over processed and I can no longer straighten because I'm afraid any more damage will fry my hair. Today, as I was fixing my hair, I noticed a strip of blonde in the back, that is painfully obvious and looks terrible. This is why I am leaving the review today. I tried leaving a review on the website, but wasn't able to leave more than 300 words and couldn't leave the photos I took. Overall, the highlight doesn't look terrible. I know that my hair normally takes 2 hours to highlight itself, and I was out of the shop in under 2 hours. I feel that because Patty rushed with the highlights that my hair is in the state that it is in. I have also noticed that when pulling my hair back, that the sides of my hair are uneven. I attached pictures to show the highlighted roots where the rest of the strand is untouched, the strip of highlight in the back, and the uneven highlighting on the sides.

So took my daughter to get her hair cut... I usually love this place. Well this male hairstylist was working and he didn't even smile when we walked in nothing very rude from the start. Then we show him the cut. He says ok then starts, he was being over the top sickly sweet filled with sarcasm saying honey baby hold still while I cut. He was tell her this as the flipping clippers he was using was burning her skin!!! I thought she just didn't like the sound. When he was done it was NOT anything close to the picture. when she was clearly upset he said well I did it like you asked just like the picture My daughter and I looked at each other like no its not but its to late now. We left went home and I fixed a few pieces he missed and then it looked at her better. She has razor burn on the back of her neck AND behind her ear. I will NOT be back there if he is working...
