Joe (the only male barber at this Great Clips location) has a disgustingly poor attitude and is simply incapable of giving a good haircut. After I made a completely reasonable request to cut my hair a bit shorter, he stormed to the back of the room, telling his coworker, "can you finish this haircut? This guy is driving me crazy! I'm going to take a break." His coworker, Mina, apologized deeply for her colleague's inferior attitude and finished my haircut as best as possible. Later, when another customer walked in, he preferred to wait for Mina to become available rather than risking a haircut from Joe. This is my second unpleasant experience with Joe. It's really a shame that such a fantastic place with predominantly excellent barbers could be spoiled by this appallingly misbehaved worker.

They’re very nice but just be aware that if you do the online check in, they may not take you in the amount of time posted. We checked in online and it didn’t make a difference- We were waiting well past the 21 minutes that had been indicated, so plan accordingly.

Joe is the man you want to avoid at all cost if you don't want to be disappointed. Horrible person. On two different occasions I had a bad experience not only quality of the hair cut but also his rudeness. The ladies are very nice and knowledgeable in what they do.

Joe was very friendly and professional. Took his time and did a fantastic job. Even though a line was forming he didn't rush. He knew the areas on my head that needed to be cut to fit my style and I didn't have to tell him. Not from the area, but I would definitely travel for this man's haircuts. Probably the best I've gotten.

Very BAD haircut! Never see this in my life. Silvia doesn't understand customer requirement at all! If you want a nice hair cut and happy day, go somewhere else.
