Worst customer service. I walked in at 10 minutes to 5:00 and they said "haircut"? I said yes. Then they said " we're closing soon". I told them that if they don't want my service and money then I'll take it somewhere else. It should't matter if I come in 10 minutes before closing. Your still open and should accept customers. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Marina has continued to give me great hair cuts, She is great at coloring too. I'd recommend her to anyone. And the price is a lot better then accross the street.

The worst haircut I ever had. My hair is usually between an 1.5" and 3.5" inches long. At it's longest of about 3.5" I went in to get my haircut. I asked to take off about 1" and a little more on the sides. She took off 1" on the sides, nothing from the top and nothing in the back. It looked horrible. I asked her to take more from the back and she took off only at the very bottom, leaving me with a pony tail like cut at the back. WTF.

When I went in to the salon there were two woman talking both were employes. I ask for a trim and they discussed it and the young one said ok that the older one (name I believe was Ester) would do it. Stood for a minute to be seated and no one said a thing so I sat in the waiting room. The woman that was to do my hair started sweeping up the floor another customer came in and the customer said do you have time to do my hair and the she said anytime and seated her. The younger woman came and ask her about cutting mine and she said no. The young woman explained she would do it even though she was off work. I have never been so insulted or treated with so little respect. I assume my money isn't good enough. I will never go back.
