I asked for a trim. She suggested that she cut 2 inches off. I very clearly stated no more than an inch because my hair grows slowly. I asked her to make it a little shorter in the back. I mentioned once that I thought she was taking too much off. She said it was only a little for the styling. I have a natural wave so it’s impossible for me to tell what it looks like til it’s dried and styled. I styled it once I arrived home and it is such a disappointment. It’s longer in the back than the sides, she took way more than an inch off, my layers are heavy near my jaw line and straggly near my shoulders. Now I am going to have to get even more cut off to fix it.

Nikki was so helpful and patient while I tried to get the idea of what style I wanted out of my mouth and did an amazing job. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating I was in an out with no wait which was wonderful thanks to online check in!

They are beginners still in beauty school and have no experience with hair the prices are too high If you want to charge that much at least know how to do a Mohawk or know how to cut hair

One of the best places in town to get a haircut. Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I have had 4 different ladies cut my hair and every time it is phenomenal. Much more friendly and welcoming than Sports Clips. You really can't find better in Freeport for the price.
