Yes this is her home and yes it has an interesting smell however that is not my problem. I scheduled my appointment 5 days in advance and was assured it would be fine repeatedly. On my way there she says that her sister was going to do my hair. Not a big deal so long as it looks good. I got there 5 minutes early and waited for 20 minutes before being asked what I wanted and if I had a picture. I showed a picture included below and was told she could do it and that it was no problem. Additionally I'd agreed to a price of $80 beforehand but asked if I could pay $100 after the sister had braided my hair🙄 I told the sister that I would not pay more and then the price can down to $90 smh. As I was going on vacation 3 days later I agreed. Long story short not only was I there from 7:55 pm until 1:03am because the sister put zigzagging braids across the top of my head then sewed the tracks on top of them causing not only the braids to show and the track to stick straight up across my forehead, but there was no way to part the closure without the underlying braids showing. The sister said she'd been doing hair for 20 years and yadda yadda ya, but at 1 am I finally gave up on her fixing it and left. I called the owner 1st thing the next morning and told her she needed to fix it. The attached picture is the very best that she could do and that still too her 3 more hours!!! They may do amazing braids, but sewins are definitely NOT their thing and I will NEVER go there again and truly hope u don't either.

First I'll say that the shop is their house... The basement. Which was very clean... Although I didnt get the style I wanted they did a good job on it. They are a bit pricey But in general I liked my hairstyle and it lasted. Lol as the other review said they house do have a scent. It's not really that bad tho. But i know it's from the food they cook. Anyway I liked my hair Wish I could post pictures P.S. gave 4 stars because the Google add gave a different address from where they are actually located. Call first

I would give them 0 if i could. First they are not in a shop, they are in their home in the basement it look like it used to be a shop. They don't know how to add hair to the braids you can see where they begin . They are too expensive with out knowing how to braid. They house stank. It was very uncomfortable. I showed them a hair style and they said they could do it then in the middle of the hairstyle decides to tell me the way i wanted it wasn't go last(I believe they didn't know how to do it ,its braids how wont it last) so i had to pay her and still not getting what I asked for. They have a stank in ass attitude. I could go on and on but I'm going to end it. It was a horrible experience and i will never go back..

Terrrrrrrrrrrrriiiiiiiiiiiibbbbbbbllllllllee, terrible, terrible, terrible. The worst service in the world and place to get your hair done, first off I called the number and she kept hanging up then she Did my hair in her basement in her house I don’t even think she has a shop tbh and while doing my hair she was yelling on the phone and to the person upstairs I had the braids in my hair for 3 days and one in the back started coming down so I had to rebraid it I paid $120 she asked me to show her a picture of what I wanted which was some jumbo box braids with triangle base and the only thing she did right was the parts.
