Usually when you leave a hair salon you feel beautiful/fresh/good. That was not the case... This was my FIRST time at this place since I just move to the area. The stylist was busy talking about her "newest husband" to her co-worker and rushed real fast in cutting my hair. No biggy. But the tip of the ice burg was when she didn't even DRY my hair. I left feeling like a wet dog. Never coming back.

My wife was a walk-in. They were short-handed, but they took her right away and they were SUPER FAST and gave her such a great cut! Price was very reasonable, they had great service, and everyone was so nice! My wife will be back!!

Always have made me feel appreciated for the business. Love the cut and color and always get compliments afterward.

Classy service and professional expertise. I've heard my hair is very fine and difficult to cut but they do a great job doing it efficiently and stylishly! Environment is also extremely inviting - well lit, excellent interior design and position of each stylist's station! Best thing is now THEY ALSO TAKE CREDIT CARDS!!!

Just want to warn everyone about Hair Encounters in Elk Grove Village, IL. I went there to get an Ombre and a haircut ended up getting my hair bleached orange and yellow gold fish color. It looked nothing like I asked hair stylist ( Cheryl) Which I even brought a picture. When I contacted the owner she was very rude about it and refused to refund me my money. It was the worst service I have ever experienced.I had to go to Karlas Hair Salon in Des Plaines to get it fixed. If you're looking for a honest respectable business that know what they're doing this's not the place.
