I wish I could give this pass no stars!!!I went to this shop a few days ago. Braids started out looking nice then they started to become loose the next day. Not to mention I was charged $180 for it. They have a no refund policy and you have 7 days to get it done over. I got my hair done 2/27/18 and I called the owner on 3/2/18 the owere started out being nice about my concern then she told me to call her back today 3/3 to see when somebody can redo my hair. I just got off the phone with her and she was very nasty saying she doesn’t understand how my braids or loose when I was just happy with my hair. I asked could I come in tomorrow because I work through the week she said no because she is gonna be busy. I told her I’m a paying customer as well, she said the only way we will do your hair tomorrow is if you pay us 90 more dollars. I told her no because that’s not what the policy says. Some of the workers did a great job, but the owner is nasty and money hungry. My hair is a mess. She even told me to call the police because she won’t be doing it if im not paying
