This Ulta store has got to be one of my favorite of any that I've been to. All of the staff are super helpful even if you don't know what you're looking for. I've never had a negative experience. I've never felt judged or belittled because of my makeup preferences.

Very large variety of Everything you can think of but because the variety was so great, the store was almost overwhelming. Found everything we went for plus a whole lot more. My daughter is in love with this store!

Had an emergency situation right on Christmas eve, not only they took me in, but Staci Kemp really made an effort to fix me up and make me fell better inside and out. Thank you so much. GREAT SERVICE.

THE PROS: I love Ulta! The rewards program is fantastic and points build up fast! Everyone here is super nice and Rochelle at the brow bar does THE best brows I have ever experienced. They recently started carrying Mac, too! If you've ever had to park 10 miles away from the mall and slog your way through the bodies to the mac counter, only to have the rep be snotty with you about your choices/expertise level, and it left you hating makeup counters....Ulta is totally different! They're awesome, super polite, and always great about giving tips and pointers on how to make products work for you. THE CONS: •Some of the folks can be TOO friendly. I really hate being addressed as "guuuurrll" every five seconds. •They also added perfume sprayers which was a horrible idea. I thought we made fun of this enough in the 80's and 90's that the idea was dead. Not to Ulta! Most of the women are awkward at best, and I find myself purposely going to the back of the store to cross sides, just to avoid the perfume section. •At some point they decided to let the spa/skincare people out of their cages to roam the store and drum up business. These ladies can be kind of creepy as they're trying to give off the "soothing/serene" vibe, but it comes off more as awkward pod person. I was getting my eyebrows done one day (captive audience) and some lady from the spa kept trying to sell me on a facial. Like, please go away. Idk how many times I have to say no. I'm clearly busy right now, $10 facial or not.
