Vanessa did such a beautiful job coloring my hair! She was very informative on after care and helped me leave with the right products to take care of my new look. All three ladies working were fun, friendly, and had excellent customer service, I will definitely be back. Thank you Vanessa!

I will only ever go to this place to get my hair cut. I've got _really_ curly hair (like, afro status), and until I started coming here I'd never found a place that can style it in a way that looks nice. Amy, one of the stylists here, does an excellent job of making it look nice and keeping it manageable. I don't even have to tell her how to cut it, I just say, "make it look good" and she nails it every time. She also remembers me by first name and the anecdotes we exchange. Gotta love a place where the employees really go out of their way to get to know you and the way you like your hair. Worth far more than the $18 they charge for a wash and cut. P.S. If you like the way you look, remember to tip your stylist! :)

If I could give them zero stars I would. The lady didn't listen to anything I said about my boyfriends hair and how I wanted it cut, she just did whatever she wanted to and then kept telling us that it looked good when it looked terrible. She hardly spoke english and I'm guessing she couldn't understand what we wanted... if you can't understand english then you shouldn't work in customer servicer where you need to listen to what the customer says to give them what they want. They offered us a free haircut and I told them that we just got a free haircut because it's terrible why would we come back for another free terrible haircut.
