Frances does a really nice job -- she is very skilled. She listens to what you want, but you can also just leave things in her hands and know that you will like the result. She has a very good sense of what looks good and what suits the lifestyle etc of her clients. I have been going to her for a long time now, plan to continue. I have always just received haircuts (I don't color etc), but she has been coloring my friend's hair for many years and it always looks great. Also, she's very fast (other stylists would take an hour to do what she does in 30 mins), and her availability is good. You can sign up to get an email every Monday with her availability for that week. I definitely recommend Frances!

Frances has been doing my hair for the past 20 years....she is very professional, very knowledgeable in all things hair! Frances always know what to do with my hair when I want to make a change. The salon is always clean and everyone there makes you feel at home!

I have been to Amore Francesca Salon 3 times with in the past 2 years. I primary use Frances, she is so awesome! The first time I went to her salon I had used drugstore products to dye my own hair dark brown. I wanted to go "Rihanna Red" ... it turned out so beautiful and just what I wanted! ♡♡ The 2nd time I made an appt with Frances to get some natural looking high and low lights. Once again, turned out so beautiful! My third visit was about 2 weeks ago also made the appt with Frances. I showed her about 3 different photos, I basically wanted a blonde balayage and OMG it's soo pretty! She also cut my hair and did such a good job with face framing with the cut style. I love the products they use, they smell and feel so good in my hair! Also, quick thanks to her helper who did such a good job too!! I plan to go back again for tuch ups when the time comes. :) ♡♡

WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. Ultimately I left with a wet shirt, soaking wet hair, hair dye still on my forehead, no haircut, and a verbally abusive woman. I had originally wanted to come here to see a younger girl named Hannah whom I heard great things about and wanted a balayage from her. But since Hannah "abruptly left the salon" I was just put with Francis since she was the only one available. The salon owner, Francis, kicked my husband and me out of her salon *in the middle of dying my hair* because I questioned if she was putting conditioner on my scalp!!! I simply asked in a calm voice, "Are you putting conditioner on my scalp?" Yes, I am not kidding, that is all I asked. She immediately became irate and verbally abusive toward me, she said "I refuse to have ANYONE question me after 20 years of doing hair. NO ONE has EVER questioned ME." (Yes, the caps associate those words she stressed). She went on, and on, and on. Her anger scared me, I'm glad she refused to do my hair, since I would have walked out anyways. She is a very angry person, I can see why people are quitting on her. And as my husband pointed out, never expect a good attitude from a woman in her 50s who has no wedding ring on...there's a reason she's not married. I SEE WHY!!!! She is scary, has a bad attitude, and it really shows. She started screaming like she was bipolar, and i'm not being funny about that since I know mental illness is a serious thing, but honestly, it seemed she was off her meds or something. A human does not act this way on a day-to-day basis interacting with potential customers. I told her in a calm, civilized way (not going to stoop down to her level) that I'm going to let Yelp know about my experience, and she said in a demonic voice "go ahead, reviews don't scare me". She took everything I said as a threat, and over-reacted. I never saw my husband with his jaw just hanging there, speechless for a minute, taking it all in. Thank God my husband was there, he got me out of there safely. If he wasn't there I may have had to call the police on her as I imagine the abuse would have went beyond verbal.
