Fast, friendly service. Know what they're doing. Gone to this location since moving here and had consistent results every time. Wait time can vary depending on the time of day, but usually is shorter than their estimate by 10-15 minutes.

Great staff. Takes competitors coupons. Book an appointment on line to save a spot. Just left after another amazing visit. With barber shops almost extinct, this place has become my go to stop. Becky, actually asked if I wanted my eyebrows and goatee mustache trimmed as well. Thank you. And yes i needed that done.

My toddler cried through his haircut and the salon decided to stop service in case his movement caused the hair cutter to cut herself or my child. Totally fair. Then at the register I was told I had to pay full price for the half service. I scoffed at this and was offered $3 off a future service. Ridiculous. Moms of tots beware. Unless your child is a gem in the chair, take your baby somewhere that knows how to cut kids hair.

Excellent service by all of the stylists! Warm and welcoming salon. They try really hard and do an excellent job!

This location gets bad reviews, im guessing this is because people dont specify what they want to the cosmetologist. It's like going to the store and your mother asked you to get toilet paper. Well what kind of toilet paper??? lucky me, i specified what i wanted and she did exaclty as i said. My cosmetologist Britney at the Lake Geneva location was amaizing, definitely will be sticking to her everytime I go in!
