My mom was getting a haircut and she's not fluent in English so she wanted me to explain an idea of how she wanted it. That was all. I understand a hair stylist knows what they're doing and wants to communicate with the client, but again I was just gonna tell her in a more specific way on how my mom wanted it, then leave and she can go from there to talk about it more in depth. Elizabeth (the woman who was doing it) interrupts me and is so rude in a condescending way. Which made me even more irritated and bothered. Since Clear Waters is more on the pricey side and you're paying that much, the least they can do is be polite and understanding. First of all, I shouldn't be told that I can't help translate for my mom? That's pathetic. 10 minutes later my mom signals me to go over to translate something. (Which i could of done in the beginning if the hair stylist let me) So I go over feeling uncomfortable as it is and I can sense that Elizabeth doesn't want me to say anything and before I could she says "I got it" and just walks away to the back. This situation honestly was so irritating and if anything made me feel so unwelcomed and I was there only to help my mom for a second. if someone is paying to get their hair done and wants it in a certain way but can't explain it or communicate it with the hair stylist, don't be rude and not let me translate for a second. Simple as that. I wanted to come get my haircut here for the first time, but after this I definitely will not be coming back. I definitely don't recommend Elizabeth either.

I went here with my friend some time ago. The atmosphere felt judgmental as soon as we spoke to the women about our eyebrow waxing. We were both decently uncomfortable throughout the whole process, but tried to remain friendly. What really drove it home was when the woman doing our eyebrows asked me if I wanted her to quickly do my lip, too. She made no effort to mention, or even imply, that that was going to be an extra $14. It was more than my eyebrows were. The offer was intentionally worded to make it sound included with my eyebrows. That was scummy. I went home and discovered bumps all over my upper lip. Large, lumpy, painful red bumps persisted for weeks until the hair grew back. I don't expect free services, but when you offer services at all, you shouldn't try to imply that they are free so you can get more cash out of your clients. That is how you get us to never go here again and let our friends know. The least you could do is perform your services correctly. I tipped anyway, because I'm a more decent person than she is.

Gorgeous salon! It is lovely and beautiful. The stylist who did my hair was very thorough and great. I look beautiful because of her great professionalism.

Kaylee turned my dull no tone black box color into vibrant carmels and hues of brown. I get so many compliments and feel better about myself. Love it!
