The lady that checked me in was nice. I was hoping she would cut my hair. Instead,I get the diva in the back corner that still believes the actual human clients are doll heads that she worked on in training. I didn't get a hello or anything. I sit down and within seconds my head was yanked back "into place." Ok. A minute later she mumbles something and 'fixes" my head again. I was reallllly hoping she would say something one more time about my head. I was going to walk out. She didn't. I sat there afraid to move an inch. I was very uncomfortable the whole time. I wish I would of got her name. She's the one that uses the mirror to cut the back of your head. I've never seen that before in my entire life. She used the mirror as a measuring stick of sorts. She kept looking in the mirror while doing my neck. You are treated like one of the doll heads. She was rude, disrespectful, completely unfriendly. You work at supercuts not some high dollar salon. Yeah don't go to that one unless you want to feel like dirt. You are touching another human being. The least you could do is pretend to be human instead of a pretentious, pompous ,arrogant elitist wannabe.

I go to this store many times but after my last 2 times I Will Never go there. The last 2 time I was in Asian lady (first from right), unfortunately do no know her name. She is not polite person who do not know how to cut hairs and who do not know how to respect customers. After she cut your hairs she will ask you for tips and she will loose her smile if you do not give her 5 dollars tips. She cut my hairs from the right shortly that from the left, I understand this only after I wash my hairs. After 1 day I was need to go another barber shop to fix my hair cut. I Do NOT recommend anybody go that store just because of this unprofessional person there!!!
