Amanda was the best. She left and Hair cuttery won’t tell me where she went! I had her number and lost it. I was told that they are supposed to tell a client where the person went. I would appreciate it if Upper Management would look into this.

Absolutely the worst place to get a haircut, the wait times are easily over an hour no matter what time you go, several of the store employees rather sit in the back on their phones and act busy. This used to be a great place to go now I wouldn’t recommend it at all, really hope they can get their act together, hire some employees who take pride in their work instead of treating the place like their own little hangout.

So happy with my visit today! I made my appointment online a few days ago. I arrived about 10 minutes early and my stylist was ready for me immediately. Michelle listened to what I wanted and looked at couple pics I had. She was super easy to talk to and made me very comfortable. When she was done, my hair was perfect. Exactly what I wanted! She showed me how to get the same results at home. I am so happy and will 100% be going back. THANK YOU MICHELLE!

Really depends on whose doing your hair, some of them do the opposite of what you tell them. But others do a great job
