They are a get-them-in-get-them-out kinda place. They don't take the time to get a cut right at all and it's because they are just trying to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I went in for some long layers just to give my hair a little texture and movement because it was long (a grow out from a bob), it was lifeless, and hadn't been cut in two years. They lady chopped it all off said it was cause it was all split ends, then put super short layers in it. I couldn't even put it in a ponytail and it was definitely not even. It was one of the worst haircuts of my life! My boyfriend went as well and they cut to much off the top and again, it wasn't even. When the appointment was finished I noticed that my boyfriend had product in his hair and it was styled. My hair was wet and she didn't even wash it, she just sprayed it down with water, cut it, and tossed me out of the chair, no styling, no product, no blow dryer, nothing. I looked so bad I cried in the parking lot. Everyone told me to go back and have them fix it, how do you fix it!!! You can't grow my hair back and, it was already to short, I didn't want it shorter. I will never go back there EVER AGAIN!!!
