Had a great experience at tenfriends blow dry and Style house in Naperville. Jordan and Marissa were wonderful. My hair looks great! Very very pleased. Thank you. Sincerely, Elizabeth K.

They put my daughters hair in a tight bun and called it an up do. She struggled with her silky straight hair lol! Literally the easiest hair to work with and the bun was uneven, messy and had way too many pins and product in it. I had to insist on adding a braid just so it looked like i paid for something...

Great salon, they do great job and their products are awesome. Francesca was my stylist and she took good care of my hair and made them look more beautiful than I have expected. Only complaint is that I had a groupon so I paid tip through credit card and they "by accident" charged my card twice the amount. Only came to notice when I checked my bank account few days later. I called and lady over the phone said "things happen and if I need my extra money tht they took out by mistake back I have to either come back to salon or provide her with my card information over phone." This incident left a bad taste and even thought service was great, I won't be going back.
