Went there twice. Lady who was there was talking rude. Gentlemen with whom I had haircut was nice but guess lady was manager. She has too change for the guest to have nice ambience at this store. Nice location for the store at the center wheeling cut. Would visit there again only if the manager is changed

Might be biased because I work here- but we all try really hard to make it an experience you don't forget while really trying to give you what you want while enhancing the features that makes you you! Reasonable pricing for haircuts, products, and we are always cleaning as much as possible. Come on it :)

I used to frequent Great Clips because I assumed that the price for services would cost more anywhere else. After an extremely rude experience at the Parkway location last year, I contacted the owner about the staff member and never came back. From the Parkway location, I went to Great Clips in Bloomington by Schnucks. While I had no problems with the hair services there, the problem was that some of the employees were rude, which is why I left Great Clips for good! (They openly complained about their ex-husbands as if Great Clips were a therapy group). I started going to a spa to get my hair services- and guess what? The service price was exactly the same! So much for assuming that a spa would cost more than a chain hair cutting place! Edit on 2/26/2018: I followed up about the time I decided to leave the Parkway location. David apologized for the behavior and I appreciated his kindness because the apology came from his heart. The e-mail that you provided was contacted as well around the same week. The response I got was an e-mail that said something like, "Sorry you had a bad experience but give us your address and we will send you a coupon for a free haircut." No, thanks! I've been scared away!

I asked not to alter my sideburns, just trim the thickness. What does she do? She screws up my sideburns. One side is flat the other points down. Last time I get a haircut there.
