Was here at the Norridge location of Sports Clips today Thursday March 1st 2018. Awful experience to say the least. Got there about 12:30. Asked for a scissor and clipper cut. Upgraded to the MVP. Wanted to redeem my free MVP upgrade from my clubhouse points. Showed the stylist it on my phone. Hair cut was terrible. She just did a quick scissor cut. I told her. I wanted both Scissor and clippers cut. She gave me this look. To make matters worse. My sideburns were not cut at all. My bangs were not trimmed. Back of my neck was not done. Sideburns are long. Back of my neck looks terrible. My bangs are in eyes. Very sloppy job. Not friendly at all. Poor service. She didn't take off my free MVP upgrade from my clubhouse points I wanted to redeem today on my phone. Still valid through March 10th. If the stylist would of taken 5 extra minutes to do the back of my neck. Trimmed my bangs and shortened my sideburns. I would of been happy. But she didn't. I got a 2 minute back massage. A very brief shoulder massage. No massage on the back of my neck. I paid 25.00 for this horrible experience and poor service. Not to mention a very sloppy job. What a joke! My free MVP upgrade from my clubhouse points was not redeemed and taken off as i requested and showed her when I checked in and as I was checking out. Unless I speak to the owner of the Norridge location of Sports Clips. Plus get reimbursed and get these issues corrected. I'm no longer coming back to Sport Clips. I'll go elsewhere.

I went there in a slow day, the girl gave me a terrible fare did it in 5 mins, spent the whole time talking to her friend, and charged me 20 Dollars. Biggest rip off ever. Never going back, any other place will literally be better.

I went there and told them how I want my hair cut, and they did it. They keep notes on how they cut your hair, so if you want to tweak it, they'll know next time.

Depending on who does your hair, it would turn out nice or just horrible. I've been going there for the last 6 months and now I know who are the ones that really pays attention to what they are doing. I've had "bad haircuts" not because they cut my hair too short or something like that but its because some of the ladies here don't pay close attention to what they are doing. They need to make sure they do a detailed trim all the time. Just use that clipper a li'l more, a few more pass on the hair won't hurt. Just to make sure that all the hair are trimmed to the same length. Some ladies here finish trimming the sides in less than 5 mins. Lol. Just horrible.

My husband gets his haircut there every few weeks and they do a great job! It's nice to not hear him complain anymore about the uneven cuts he was getting from local competitors. The shop is always clean and clear of cluttered work spaces. And of course, the Ladies that work there are very nice and consistently do a great job!
