I like what Damaris did with my hair. The make-up person did ok.

Came in a couple of months ago to get an ombré. My hair is naturally a dark brown but I had some grown out faded dye at the bottom ( red brown color). The lady that did my hair left in the bleach for way too long. I wanted a medium toned ash blonde ombré and when it was finally done it looked platinum and some pieces were silver looking. Once I went home I noticed a few piece were bunt off by the bleach and were therefore way shorter than my hair length (about 3-4 inches past my shoulders) After washing my hair 2 days later my hair was falling. Out in chunks. It felt like gum. I couldn't comb it out without losing a lot of hair. I went back to the salon to show them and they weren't even concerned. I eventually had no choice but to go to another beautician to see if she could give any tips to fix it and she told me I would have to cut it off. I now have a short bob due the damage salon la rouge has caused. Would never recommend any going here for color.
