I am very happy I found Privato Salon. Not living in the area and not knowing where to go its hard to find a great hair salon. I went on line and found Privato Salon. The reviews were awesome and the salon itself looked intimate not like your normal huge loud crazy salon. From when I walked in to when I left the whole staff made me feel welcomed. Tracy was the women who did my hair. She was very knowledgeable, so very friendly, took her time to figure out what I would look good in for a hair cut and color. I really love my new make over that Tracy did for me. Thank you Privato and I will differently be going back to the salon and having Tracy do my hair.

I just moved to Oswego from the city. I didnt know where to begin when looking for a new hairstylist. I saw the Privato Salon sign when I was getting coffee one day at the Village Grind ( I love that place!) I made an appointment with Francesca and I was very nervous and I didnt know what to expect. First of all, this salon should be in a magazine...it is adorable, comfortable, chic, and so New York! But I felt like I was in my own living room. The staff there was beyond welcoming and accommodating. Norah Jones is softly playing...I was so relaxed! I have 6 month old twins so this was much needed! Francesca did a very long consultation with me before she started and she really made sure she understood what I wanted. My hair looks amazing!!!!!! It has never looked so good in my life. My color is so shiny and natural looking. I dont even have to blowdry and style my hair...it just falls perfectly into place! I guess that what a good haircut does:) Best of all, she is a fraction of the price I was spending before. Privato Salon, thanks for getting it...YOU ROCK!
