Their staff is pleasant and accommodating. They were able to fit me in at my convenience. The haircut is exactly what I wanted and it is budget friendly.

Every time I went I got great service! Place is professional, relaxing and comfortable. Sharmaine is excellent, done haircuts and color; price is competitive lower than other places.

Bad. I went in for long bangs, face framing layers, and mild layers throughout. I got straight across bangs at eye level (picture was at mid cheek level) and then nothing else. The bangs are too thick, she took out about 2 inches more than should have only on the left side, so it was like an uneven mushroom top. Sad part on top of this is I kept asking to make it frame better and was ignored. I even brought in a picture expecting at least something like it. I instantly went to Salon Loraine down the street afterward and even the girl who fixed it, didn't know what to say. She said it did not blend, there was no texture, and then random chunks out in the back and sides! She did the best she could, and it looks decent but not what I wanted at all. This place is not modern at all with more of an older clientele. I can't speak for the rest of the ladies who work there but Nancy was the one who messed up my hair. To say the least, my experience at Bea's Hair Design was not good, I will not recommend them to anyone, and I will not be returning. Lesson learned.
