So this was like my fourth time coming to this shop and I’ve always experienced them being rude to people but they never was rude to me ... I recently had an appointment on Saturday but when I got there they seem to be over booked so I asked to come back the next day which was a Sunday the nice lady (which I believe is the owner) told me to come at 8am I arrived shortly after 8am on Sunday and get there and no one was there then when the lady arrived almost at 9am ... I’m sitting there waiting for her to start my hair and she asked me could she eat now Me being the nice kind person so I was okay with her eating so now it’s 9:30am when she starts in my hair and she thinks she’s about to do my box braids BIG & SHORT length... no ma’am !!! This is not my first time coming here you are not about to play me especially when I just waiting on your ass for a hour and half ... then trying to be rude like no I’m paying you $150 even if y’all charge for length you not about to put no jumbo braids in my head (when I have been here before and never had an issue with my size) ... I found somewhere else to spend my $150 never will go there again ....

My rating is soley based on customer service. Craftsmanship and technique is a plus, but the service is horrible. I scheduled a 2 o'clock appointment days ahead. Got to the shop at 145pm and it was unbelievably crowded. There were four braiders, and every chair was filled. There were four people waiting before me. The ladies stated that they had been waiting since 11am, noon, and 1pm. After being there for thirty minutes, two women left. Another hour passed and the other two women got into chairs. One proceeded to get her hair done, and the other one had an issue with the pricing and left. I noticed several customers that day had an issue with pricing. The pricing they have displayed is for a very short length and bigger size, so make sure you ask pricing before assuming it's what the window state. After spending 12 hours in the shop, I finally left close to 2am. There were still three other ladies getting their hair braided. They clearly over book and continue to take walk ins even if they have scheduled appointments. If you have time to kill and patience, I recommend them, however, I don't recommend going on a Saturday. They clearly don't have respect for their customers time. It appears their only goal is to make as much money in the moment, that they forget to make their customers feel valued so that they may return. I will not return, my time is too valuable to be treated only as a $.

Horrible attitudes! I'm literally sitting outside of this business. I called at 8:45 this morning asking if they accepted walk-ins or if I needed to make an appointment to get my daughters hair braided for the first day of school. The woman I spoke with asked if I could come at 3, sure no problem. I get to the place and mention I was the one who called this morning. Well they look at me like I had 3 ears and said "no one here would have told you to come today because we're too busy" I just walked out. This is the most unprofessionally establishment I have EVER SEEN! will not be returning and I will be spreading the word to everyone I know. I wish I could give them zero stars.
