Their sign said only a shampoo and conditioner is $2.95 and I almost got charged $16.00 and I said I don’t have that much because your board says $2.95 and she lowered it to $9.90 and said that’s as low as she can go. They were late opening, 10 minutes to be exact and she didn’t even finish the job. Very disappointed. I shouldn’t have even gone to cost cutters. They always are slacking.

I had my hair colored by a stylist at Cost Cutters-Walmart in Monroe, WI. The stylist obviously knew nothing about coloring because she and I both notice I started to experience some hair loss after her coloring. The final straw was when she twice in one evening put bleach and peroxide on my hair. You see she couldn't get the color that I had shown her even after her second attempt that evening. I generously tipped her twenty percent. The last thing she said to me on my way out the door was "We're going to eventually get you the color you want." I was under the impression this is why I had paid her in the first place for. After that visit I had severe hair breakage. The entire top to mid right side of my head had severe breakage.I sent her pictures of the severe damage. She simply apologize and offer to do complimentary conditioners. It was then I called the Manager at the corporate office in Madison and told her about the entire experience and even sent pictures. I called the manager back several times, left message and she never even returned my call. To this day I have not heard from her. My friends and co-workers will not be going there either. Will be contacting Better Business Bureau
