First time. Very clean and friendly. Ist time at Sports clips I had cut and free hair wash to get rid of the loose hair. Nice relaxing hot towel on my face to relax.

Horrible service, terrible haircut. We took our son here to get a haircut and not only did the lady completely butcher his hair, but she was rude about it. My son is bald now - literally bald and the back of his hair is completely crooked. We asked them to fix it a few times but it still looks awful. When asking for a refund, we were told they can't give cash refunds but only offer vouchers for a free haircut? Like we're ever going to come back! If you want to go out in public again, DO NOT GET A HAIRCUT HERE! Horrible!

I really enjoy when the hours posted online and on the window say they close at 8pm, then I show up at 7:20 to find a locked door. The best part about it was the employee sitting inside watching TV and shaking there head at me. This is a shining example of customer service. I understand if there is an employee emergency and you need to close early, but to have them lounged out watching TV is absolutely unacceptable. I really hope the owner of this location is not paying you hourly.

My hairstylist JoAnn is amazing! There is brand new staff there. They are top notch and they all are highly experienced.
