Unless you've been seeing a certain stylist there for years, Don't go to this location unless you want to be butchered. I asked for a pretty simple haircut, short on the sides with the top being a little longer so I can do something with it. I also said that I normally side part it to work with my cowlick in the front. I gave specific instructions in regards to length, clipper sizes, etc...the stylist somehow came back with something completely different including a "hard part". After sorting it out and thinking it was all squared away, I decided to go forward. Big mistake. She was saying "die die die" as she cut what I thought was some stray longer hairs in front . I found out when I got out of the shower that she was actually hacking my cowlick off. one side of my head was shaved almost to the point where I normally part my hair. Once I got a handle on what all of the problems were I went back and was able to get my money back and some advice that was essentially: "always ask for a master stylist or play Russian roulette with your hair" I was offered a couple free haircuts but I simply do not trust this business any longer. I'm going to buzz the rest of my hair off because there is no salvaging what I was left with.
