Very poor service , I came as a walk in , told they have availability at 7 pm . So I booked and came back , the lady who was supposed to attend to me seemed very uninterested. I wished they could have just called and say they cannot accommodate my booking rather than me driving back again. So disappointed ! Maybe it's a good thing I did not have to cut my hair in this salon ,might end up as a bad one since the customer service was not up to par .

I had a great experience with stylist Jennifer. The service I received was highlights. Jennifer was excellent highlighting my hair working with thick hair that takes extra time. This stylist is knowledgeable about her products and listened to what I wanted. She was able to give me an Ash blonde. Thank you again!

Specifically said what length I wanted my hair to be cut and the lady not only rushed threw it, leaving lots of chunks of my hair longer and out of line with the rest but she cut it 4 inches shorter that what I told and showed her! NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT PLACE AGAIN😡

As much as I love the atmosphere, I always go home disappointed in my cut. Maybe I'm not describing it well enough but it's never even close to what I ask for. She asks if how it looks is okay so many times by the end I say screw it and go. Gone twice, won't again. We probably just don't mesh well...
