The ladies in there are so sweet and caring with my toddler. They also easily handle my older son who has sensory issues. Plus, never had to wait long either

Nice people, busy place, 45min wait for a 10min./$14 hair cut... put your name in and then head to Starbucks for a coffee = seems to be a good way to pace the wait-time...

0 stars wait time is craaazy long 1 hour 45 min. Go anywhere but here. Even other Great Clips. Was told if you don't care who cuts it then you may get in faster. (Yea that's what I want) Go get my hair cut from just anyone. Then walk out paying for a hack job from someone not use to cutting your hair. Don't bother tipping gets you no extra service. Whatcha get is 17 min or less. (They get penalties for going over) Going back to a place that takes appointments and there time. 15 min cut for a 1 hour 45 min wait no thanks. As you see not many reviews by me. I normally let things go but this was too much. Save yourself a ton of time and find a quality place vs cheap cut n cheap service.
