The ladies were able to work me in when my normal salon didn't have openings. The ladies were very nice, however I felt my stylist was very rough. She got water in my ears durring shampoo, used a brush [not a wide toothed comb or fingers] on my wet hair while blow drying my hair on high heat setting, and even though I showed her photos of how I have styled my hair in past and wanted it again, she completely ignored it and did what she wanted anyway. Not horrible haircut, just not the style I wanted. If you don't like high heat/old school hairstyling techniques, then this is not the right salon for you.

My daughters and I went there to have my hair done for my sons wedding. Had a specific look I was going for had several pics as examples. I usually just do.my hair myself but thought they could quicker so I could spend more time with my son before the wedding. In stead my hair looked NOTHING like I asked for plus I paid 50 for it and wound up doing it myself In the end and missed out on that time with my.son walked in when wedding was beginning. Won't make that mistake again.
