Apparently there is absolutely no point to call and make a appointment bc when I got there for my appointment they were doing colors and then said that walk-in people could go in front of me as well 😡

The chubby mid-30 african woman did my sons hair. His hair is very course. She didn't to the style that was asked to be cut, she also left a patch not cut in the back of his head, buzzed him in four places, didn't line up his hair, and she left the side burns untrimmed. She also chopped up the front of his hair. I was so displeased doing my shopping. My husband brang him over I was ENRAGED! Already upset he didn't speak up. I brang him back, snapped, and make another woman red haired white woman maybe 40, understood and was even displeased with what she saw. Unable to keep my composure at this point. She was unable to fix some of the patchy baldness the other woman created. He looks 90% better though. My husband tipped the other woman (red haired) while she went to the bathroom and the black woman never gave it to her. I also addressed that. She was now very upset with being stolen from. She kept the money. I was going to retip her. The woman should be fired and never work in beauty again. She has the slightest freeking clue what she is doing and is a thief.

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The "stylist" I dealt with is Sandra and I promise she is the reason I won't go back and I'll make sure no one I know does either. I am thirty years old and I do not appreciate being spoken to like a child, nor do I enjoy being spoken down to about my own preferences. When confronted about her attitude she instantly started talking about how long she has been doing hair as if that has ANYTHING to do with, or makes up for how abrasive and unprofessional she is. When I asked about a manager she just repeated herself and got louder. When I continued to ask about a manager she didn't even let me finish the question, she just spoke over me and got even louder. All in all I ended up finding out they don't even have a store manager to complain to, which just blows my mind. Don't waste your time or money.
