They always have friendly & knowledgeable stylists. My boy has a difficult cowlick to deal with & they're great with it. Any time we try something different, they put notes in the system to help make the next visit great as well.

I always have fast service and a great haircut. Amy D is great!

Sue was great, but whoever was running the front desk was very rude. She got a bad tone when a woman asked for clarification. She also kept giving me dirty looks while I was waiting.

I could be wrong but I believe that my "stylists" name was Kristen. I have never received a more garbage haircut in my entire life, did not get what I asked for at all but she styled it to the point of being presentable when she showed it to me, when it dried it looked like an absolute disgrace. I tried explaining to her what I wanted, she got impatient and just grabbed a book and said just show me what you want. So I showed her, didn't even get close to getting what I showed her. Garbage morale from her, garbage service, minimal wait probably because they don't get repeat customers, and as I said worst haircut I've ever had. I plan to just take clippers to it tonight. I will never be returning there or to another great clips ever again. That girl should have not even been able to graduate cosmetology school.

I used to go here but stopped because I never knew what my hair was gonna look like when I left here even if I said the exact same thing every time. The haircuts were never terrible, I am just looking for something a little more consistent.
