Ok so honestly the place is crude but I continue to go there because of the superior and professional skills of Donna. Great deal however she should probably be in a place that charges $45 for a men's cut. At $20 it's an incredible deal. Again, be sure to ask specifically for Donna.

Went and got my tweenage son's hair cut today without doing the online check in like I normally do. We were told it was going to take an hour, which was fine, but she said that a lot of people check in but never show up, so it would probably be a shorter wait. Dude, not one person out of 8 who had done online check in showed up, so we got to go in more like 10 minutes! The girl gave my son a very cute (read modern, hipster, adorable) haircut. He told her which product he wanted to try and have him a tutorial in front of the mirror. She really did a super job. I take all of my kids here, and I get mine done as well there. I always see Chris who is great, but the kids see whoever is available. They always do a nice job. My sons have autism and sensory issues, so if you tell them that, they will go easy with the clippers. They're super understanding.

I want to start off by saying that my son has had his hair cut by two stylists that have done a good job at this location, one is Ginny and I donâ€™t recall the second stylists name but she has shorter brown hair, glasses, very kind, and is a bit older than the other stylists. On one particular occasion we called ahead to see if Ginny was working and whoever answered misheard us and said yes, we get there to find out sheâ€™s actually not on that day. Although my son is a tad picky I figured since he has had his haircut by two others here, although neither was working, maybe we could try a different stylist since he was in desperate need of a haircut. The woman who cut his hair gave him the worst haircut Iâ€™ve ever seen! She did not listen to a thing he asked for and we left with him on the verge of tears! It was so bad I called back to complain, which Iâ€™ve never had to do before, and the manager offered to fix it. She salvaged what she could, which I appreciated, but it ultimately took months for his hair to grow out from the awful cut. Weâ€™ve since found my son a barber, but a few days ago I needed my toddlers bangs trimmed, and the normal salon I take her to was closed for the day, so I apprehensively took her to Hair Cuttery thinking, hopefully Ginny is there but if not can they really mess up bangs?? The answer is YES!! She got a random stylist and I asked for her bangs only to be trimmed, so they werenâ€™t in her eyes, and the stylist proceeded to cut the hair around half of her head, as if she literally put a bowl on her head and cut! We left with my little girl looking like she had a mullet!!! Days later I was able to take her somewhere to fix it but thereâ€™s no way to really undo a mullet without cutting most of the hair sheâ€™s taken years to grow! Beware this location, you may get lucky and find a great stylist, or you may leave with a total hack job and end up paying for a second person to salvage it the next day!

I am beyond angry with these people. EVERY TIME I GO HERE THEY REFUSE TO LISTEN! I was growing out my hair recently but picture day was coming up so I decided I would heed my mothers advice and TRIM my hair. I told them these exact words: "You do not need to take any hair off, if you do just a very small amount to make it look a little bit neater." My hair artist responded "So, you want your hair trimmed around your ear?" I replied with a firm "NO I usually brush my hair back around my ear." Apparently, these words did NOT render in her mind before she WHIPPED out her scissors and literally trimmed the hair RIGHT AROUND MY EARS! That was moments before advancing to the rest of my head, where she promptly cut off 3 inches. Then she decided to cut off all the hair on the back of my head so the flow I was nearing returned to it's beginning stages! I was just too stunned at the stupidity I was witnessing to even utter a word of criticism before shuffling out of there without saying a word. Not even a foot outside and the wind against my- at this point- nearly bare head almost froze it off completely.
