This was a great place for quick walk in cuts. The stylist were very friendly and even offered tips on styling and product information for my extremely dry hair!

I had the most awful experience there this afternoon. My son showed very rude "stylist" pic he wanted his hair cut like..she practically rolled her eyes..was extremely rude and not friendly at all..I didnt catch her name as she did not greet us..she jerked my son's head around and was just awful. She was done in about 10 minutes and the results were awful. I basically paid 15 bucks for a butcher cut. The woman had brown curly hair with bangs. I told her to take us out of system because we will never be back to that location.

Great place to get ur hair needs done

I went there about a week ago and since I couldn't actually comment on the "website" that they give you to leave comments and concerns, I'm going to put this here: I wanted about an inch cut off from all around and got put with a woman named Beth (yes I'm using her actual name since she is an employee and she should know she's being called out). Right away I hated her. She pulled on my hair so much I actually started crying (I'm a fairly tough gal so this is pretty tough to do). Instead of asking if she was hurting me, she decided to comment on how dry and disgusting my hair was (which it is not, I've been to other stylists before) and continued pulling. I know she ripped quite a bit of my hair out and I was extremely sore the next day. When she decided to actually cut my hair, she managed to miss a huge amount on the front section that still looks like it hasn't been cut in a very long time instead of looking crisp and clean. The entire time she was commenting on how dry my hair was, how easily it got tangled (it has always been that way, I have very fine, thick hair), and tried to sell me some oil that smelled disgusting. She even put some of it on my hair, so needless to say I smelled gross after I had my hair poorly trimmed. Once she decided that was done with my hair, she dried it and let me stand. Something I hadn't realized is that they charge $15 for a basic trim. Now, that's my fault for not researching that so I can't get too upset about it. HOWEVER, Beth decided it would be a fantastic idea to stand over me (she's quite a bit taller since I'm short) as I decided to figure out a tip such awful service. She asked what was taking so long and I just scrawled down a number (I'm positive I wrote $3) and she charged my card. I have my card set up so I get a text once it has been charged and by the time I had left, I received my text. Beth had charged my card almost $10 more than what it should have been, which is ridiculous. I will definitely take my business elsewhere, and I suggest that if you decide to trust this establishment, do NOT let Beth cut your hair unless you want it all ripped back out.

I wasn't pleased to get a surprise ear and eyebrow trim.
