HORRIBLE!! I’ve been there 3 times and every time it’s absolutely horrible. The ladies are rude when you tell them you haven’t checked in and act like you’re supposed to be checked in online. The fade is always terrible, on a busy day the ladies are perpetually pissed and act like they hate their jobs. They’re just there to collect a paycheck and don’t even care about giving you the haircut you want. It’s all about how fast they can get done and move onto the next guy. Never going here again! If I could give 0 stars I would! Get your act together great clips!! “Bad clips”

It's Great Clips so you're getting what you pay for. Customer service upon walking in is usually just someone screaming from their chair which I get their busy. Wish that it could be a little less rude though. Everyone seems willing to greet you but not so willing to help you. Now that you're able to check in online the gals seem to be extremely annoyed if you walk in and you haven't already checked in online. Think that's a feature that needs to have a little less focus than the people standing in front of you

Will not ever go back showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and she messed up the fade so bad I had to practically shave my head to get it to look right after growing it out for tree months to get it where I wanted it, and she literally gave me a five minute hair cut. Guys beware they can not do anything but short high uneven fades, if there were negative stars they would get 10 of them

Hair is an inch longer on the left side. Showed them a picture of how I wanted it cut and it looks nothing like the picture. This is the fourth time I have been disappointed with a haircut from great clips. They are fast but I would rather wait for someone to take their time and cut it right. Never going here again.

I prefer my own personal hair dresser. Everytime I have gone I get a different stylist.
