Ryan is amazing! Very sweet and a great stylist! My wife just adores her and will not let anyone else cut her hair.

I just moved to Lawrenceburg and desperately needed a color and cut. I phoned this morning and got an appointment right away. Because I'm a fraidy cat I asked if I could bring my own color. The owner said ok, but I'd have to sign a waiver. I couldn't believe how accommodating the stylist was. Her knowledge and confidence gave me the courage to get a cut too. I walked out of the salon a different, happier-hair customer! Heads Up is unpretentious, friendly and very reasonable. I'd highly recommend my new salon - Carolyn

I have to give props to the owner, she did A Great job on my long/thick hair..if you have thick hair you know how hard it is to find someone to fix it without cutting it too short and messing it up.I tried all the salons in lburg and Aurora but got too scared when I seen pics of women with SHORT hair on the walls, that sealed the deal for me.No way . When I went to Heads up everyone was sooo friendly I got in with hardly no wait at all, and was out fast too! I had a great experience and encourage all the scaredy cats with long hair to check it out, you wont be dissapointed :D

I went in last week to get a hair cut. I had a very clear photo of what I wanted, nothing fancy or complicated. It was just a short, common hair cut. I had plenty of hair to make it happen. The stylist, which I will withhold her name, because I don't wantt to be vendictive, acted like she could do the cut, no problem. Well, you know you are in big trouble, when the stylist has to try to convince you that the cut was great, by proclaiming how cute it was at least 3 times. And, was reluctant to show me the back. It was horrivle. I spfically asked her to leave it longer, than take it too short. It's an inch short in the back. I can do nothing with this hair cut. Probably one of the worst hair cuts I've had in my 55 years. I will never go back to this salon, and will tell everyone to stay away from it. When I called to complain, I didn't even get a call bac from the owner, or manager.
