Don't go here if your any other race besides Caucasian. I'm African American and just needed about a inch off my hair from split ends. Before I know it my "stylist" is spraying water in my hair and of course it all curls up up like crazy. She cut it while curly and now it's all uneven and butchered! I tried to have her blow dry it out to make it somewhat straight again so I could see what I was looking at but she didn't do great at that either, using her hand to scrunch it up instead of a comb. I just ended up paying and leaving so I could attempt to save it at home. I'm going to have to go to other salon just to fix her mistakes, which takes time out of my schedule and money out of my pocket

Not satisfied at all. Took my 4 year old son in and she cut him behind his ear! He was screaming it hurt and pushed her away bc she kept going over the same spot where she cut him! Ontop of that she missed spots on his neck and I ended up telling her it was fine and leaving so I could just fix it at home bc my son was uncomfortable and wanted to go. The whole vibe of this location was just very down and depressing to begin with I honestly should of just left and went to the Englewood location where I normally go.

I have never had a worse "hairstylist" cut my hair...and I use that term very loosely. The girl with a buzz cut who i believe was named Cassie was attempting a simple fade on my hair and took 45 minutes to hack my hair up until another woman asked if she needed help to which i replied yes she does. She was either high or short on brain cells and had me looking like i had a crooked ass bowl cut until the other woman somehow salvaged it. I should have known by the ICP hatchet man on her neck it was gonna be a bad day, haha. NEVER LET HER TOUCH YOU
