I went in to get my hair thinned and layered and was very happy with the outcome. Not only did my hair look really great, but the customer service was awesome! Everyone was so nice and helpful, I would definitely go here again!

I got my hair highlighted and it turned out amazing!!! They even curled it and the service was awesome! Definitely coming back.

Worst haircut I have ever had! They cut my hair when it was dry and my hair was so wavy, after I asked to have it cut while wet. They butchered my hair so bad. I will never go to a hair salon again. Unless they will listen to what I want done with my hair. My hair dressers name was Regina.

I stood at the register for like 10 mins and was just ignored. Just glanced at and blown off. Disrespectful as hell. Never comeback and neither will my family.

Worst Experience of my life and a big wast of my money. First customer service was bad. My daughter goes and gets a trim, let me add in the fact that her hair is extremely curly, the hairdresser brushes my daughters hair dry and poofs it all out and trims it like that. To make things worse she leaves her looking like a poodle after the trim. I had to ask her if I could borrow her spray bottle to tame her hair. Then it's my turn and I tell her I want a trim and that I do not want it layered or thinned out and she response with "Oh if my other co worker was here she would not ask you and just thin it out and layer it even if you told her not to".Now what kind of customer service is that! Then in my haircut my hair was full of hairspray prior to the haircut and she did not wet my hair nor ask me which way I part my hair. She looked at it and gave it like for cuts. By the end of my hair cut I looked the same hair spray and all! WORST HAIR CUT EVER! I paid and let so upset. First and last time I cut my hair there. I have also told all my friends not to go! Would never recommend this place. The person who attended us her name was Amanada!
